What happens after I book a demo?+
You'll meet with Miles Manley, our Integrations Engineer, for a live 30-minute walkthrough. We'll use your actual documents — not a canned script — so you can see exactly how knowledgeXpert works for your team. No sales pitch, no pressure.
How long does it take to get started?+
Most teams are live in under 2 weeks. Setup involves uploading your documents (PDFs, SOPs, catalogs, manuals) and configuring your knowledge bases. We handle the heavy lifting during onboarding.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. knowledgeXpert offers a full-featured free trial. Sign up at knowledgexpert.bearcreek.com and start uploading your documents immediately. A credit card is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged during the trial period.
How is knowledgeXpert different from ChatGPT or Copilot?+
ChatGPT and Copilot generate answers from their training data — they can't cite your specific documents and they hallucinate. knowledgeXpert only answers from your uploaded documents, and every answer includes a citation to the exact source page. If the answer isn't in your documents, it says so.
