Your dashboard shows real-time WU consumption so you always know where you stand.
Yes, a credit card is required to start your free trial. You won't be charged during the trial period, and you'll be notified before any billing begins — giving you full control over your subscription.
Your processing automatically pauses when you hit 100% of your allocation. We never auto-charge for overages. You can instantly add more WU through add-on packs, or upgrade your plan at any time. You're always in control of your spend.
Yes. All plans save 10% with annual billing. Enterprise customers with multi-year commitments receive additional savings. Your account manager will walk through options during the demo.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your Work Unit balance is prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Your knowledge bases and data are always preserved regardless of plan changes.
