You can upgrade plans at any time, or your usage paces back until the next cycle. We'll notify you before you hit a limit so there are no surprises — and we never auto-charge for overages.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and your Work Unit balance is prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
